Returns Policy
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of unit less a 20% restock/refresh fee. Original delivery, assembly, freight/shipping charges are non-refundable. Online, shipped orders will need to be shipped back at your expense.
We are not able to accept returns or refunds for any requests received after 14 days of receiving the product.
Please carefully read the description of the product you are purchasing and the condition of the item. We clearly post in the item name whether it is "Cleaned & Serviced" or "Reconditioned".
While we are very confident that our reconditioned equipment will arrive in a condition that meets your satisfaction, all reconditioned equipment may have light dust, light scratches, and light wear. It is not 'brand new'.Cleaned and serviced products are deep cleaned and guaranteed 100% functional. Cleaned and serviced products are not painted.
Applicable manuals, paperwork, parts and equipment accessories must accompany the return.
Within our delivery zone which is a 50-mile radius of zip code 02035, if the item(s) require our trucks for pick up, there will be an extraction cost equal to the amount of the original delivery fee.
Special order items are non-refundable.
